Washington County celebrated the second installment of the “Making Connections” campaign. The groundbreaking for Colonel Henry K. Douglas Drive occurred yesterday and all the partners for the project were in attendance and recognized.

The Making Connections projects “connect Washington County by creating partnerships and improving economic development, transportation, public safety and pedestrian access.”
